if he did then he would have to have a board that supported more than the processor is rated for, thats why i asked what the wattages were

I can pump my board way above what my processor can handle. And you can't really know the wattage if it's overclocked

Im saying that the BOARD has a lower tdp than the processor because of the inefficiencies suspected.
