Firefox .exe Mysteriously Vanished - Hardware & Software

So I was browsing the internet and such with my trusty old Firefox. I noticed that it was taking up an unusually large number of CPU cycles and decided to restart it. I open the Start Menu to click on the FF icon only to get an error message... "The item 'firefox.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly." What? ._. I check my quick launch bar. Same error. I look at Rocket Dock and the FF icon has changed to a question mark. So after a quick search, it appears that the .exe for Firefox has simply... disappeared. Uhm... Halp?

Get Google Chrome. Way faster

It probably was the skin that you had running on Firefox, or one of your addons. Sometimes addons can mess around with the install.
