"What modifier is most important and therefore should be the closest one to where the hands are resting?"
"How about Caps Lock??"
My cousin had three Blackwidow Ultimates, decided he'd give one to me for free as a gift. It was a nice gesture, considering I had a shitty 15 dollar Dell keyboard that my dad took from work almost 13 years ago. I cleaned the thing out, cleaned all the keys. Clicky switches are fun.
It's nice to finally be a part of the cult. Now I know why all of my friends have a mechanical. These things kick ass.
I decided to get/keep the Logitech G610 Orion Red. It works, it fits the bill on what I need it to do with dedicated media keys and volume scrubber; and the MX Red switches are great for me. White backlighting works fine and it fits with the other Lol-gitech stuff I have.
Filed for a spot in the LSv3 GB. All 100 sets sold out in 1 minute 30 seconds so hopefully I managed to get my order in time.

I'll probably have to let go of my V1 to make my V3 as good as I want but... I think I can live with that.
Anyone used both the CM MasterKeys Pro S & M ? Can't seem to find a UK seller for the RGB M but quite tempted by it because of still having a numpad but being only slightly wider than TKL
Got a Logitech g810 for £70 the other week which I like the media keys on but probably gonna return as I'd prefer to have the option for aftermarket keycaps etc.

What's the difference in versions? Also depending on what you want for your LS I might be interested.

Looks like the cases have different lighting things
http://duck0113.tistory.com/m/66
V2 just has it coming out from the cutouts on the side
http://duck0113.tistory.com/m/150
V3 has thin cutouts on the front of the case and the rear corners, with acrylic diffuser inserts for them
so I got a wrist rest for my way too tall plum 84...

V1 and V2 have the same case, but a different plate and pcb (functionally identical but updated. V3 has the V2 plate design but an updated pcb with extra functionality and a new case

So, anyone here that has a corsair mechanical keyboard had luck with their software?, running on windows 10 here i really cant get it to detect my keyboard. and i would certainly like the media keys to actually work

Checked the corsair site, the downloads section for my keyboard points to the corsair utility engine which still doesnt detect the keyboard

Budget caps with great value.
So uh, my issue with the keyboard was solved by using a switch on its front, something about old BIOS compatibility, i cant believe i had this keyboard for 3 months and only NOW i figured it had that switch :v:
