If you want reduced volume, you need to either add O-rings to the keycaps (reduces bottom-out clack) or get a board with silent reds/pinks (reduces both bottom out and return clacks)
Frankly I don't think my knockoff MX Blues are loud enough. Is there any way to make my Blackwidow Ultimate louder, or do I have to buy a Model M?
Serious answer - the backplate material and the way it's sitting on your desk can raise or lower volume. My Ducky One has a metal backplate and it's very loud. PCB mounts tend to be quieter.
If you want loud then the cheapest option is to do a switch swap with Kailh Box/Speed Navies or Jades.
Alternatively Buckling/Beam spring IBM boards or clicky complicated Alps boards.
