My 4890 hits 62 C when gaming using automatic fan settings, if I manually set it to 70-100% it always stay below 60 C. Which according to me are ok temperatures.

I think the 4890 is the best choice. From what I've seen DX11 is really just a gimmick.

DX11 is no gimmick, but the 4890 is the better choice. I own one myself and I'm satisfied with it.
