So I've gotten a new router maybe a month ago. Its been working pretty good. It's a combination of the router and modem in one. It hardly ever crashes the internet, but when it does, it's usually the company's fault, or a power outage.
Last night, I decided to start playing on Xbox for maybe the last few months until PS4 to honor the games and memories I've had on it. I wired up my xbox internet cable. Since I've connected it up to my router, and xbox live had been working, the internet has crashed 5 times between the last 12 hours. This is very unusual and I've been trying to think what may be the problem.
I don't know if the internet is just being over-worked or anything.
Here's a list of what is currently connected to the internet:
MacBook Pro
iPhone x3
Windows 8 PC
iPad x2
Windows XP x2
Cable box
Xbox 360
Note: The internet was working better than ever until Xbox was hooked up. I thought it would be able to handle all the devices.
Any suggestions?
If I need to list any of the specs I will do so according to the question.
