There is RAM with a blue heatsink visible in the picture. It's to the left (It's an 8 DIMM motherboard).

For op, it's probably Power source that is dead, try to plug it into another pc.
But make sure you don't break the other one too.
Probably a short circuit.
Unscrew screws from board. See if it turns on.
