I grabbed my keyboard from my old P4 from 2001 and whacked the fuck out of it on the table, which resulted with me in a new keyboard :downs:.
The only time I slapped my computer was when I got done building it and an irritating grinding noise was emanating from one of the fans. Turns out an excess SATA power connector was hitting it :downs:
I think I pounded on my keyboard once when I was little.
On some of my old school workstations it actually helped. The onboard video was glitching so I hit the back of it above the port and it ended up correcting the problem.
Other than that no, I know that doesn't [i]usually[/i] fix any issues. I did when I was younger and stupider though (Like 8ish)
I've busted keys out of my keyboard a few times and broken my desk. I've also broken a few mice.
Honestly the only thing stopping me from throwing it out the window is my 8800gt.
Hit the side plate sometimes to show my frustration. But that was before I moved to Windows 7.

I think I may have hit this computer once. I had to whack my netbook firmly once to get the fan to start. After I beat my old computer to death (constant pretty much daily beatings for 5 years, I had anger issues...) I've learned better than to take my anger out on my computer.

I used to slam my mouse down and mumble things about my computers mother, and eventually I realized how much more fun tf2 would be if i didn't rage every time I died.
So, now I laugh about how people kill me and congratulate them. Makes game play much more fun.

I do not, but my little brother kicks my dad's computer whenever he gets angry, and frequently gets the graphics card out of its socket. the card didn't come with any screws, so it can pop out, and he kicks it more thinking it will just fix his blank screen.
I just punch my desk, but sometimes when I get really pissed though, I'll just have a finger spasm on my keyboard and type a whole bunch of random shit until I get less pissed.

I noticed that there was another one screen behind it.
My first computer (Dell ;_;) had a horrible flimsy BTX chassis that loved to rattle against itself while I slept. I loved background noise while I'm sleeping and all, but this shit sounded like an idling diesel engine being hacked apart with a chainsaw.
So, I often corrected the problem with a well-placed open-handed slap, until I finally manned up and built another computer or two.
Nothing more than a pat on the top of the case for a work well done.

I think I also hit my Cyborg keyboard when the piece of shit's space bar stopped working
On random computers that I've pulled from a recycling center to putz with I've done all sorts of damage to them ranging from burning to shooting with a high powered pellet gun when they don't work.
when my laptop was going really fucking slow. I punched the screen quite a few times.
I 've punched my fan grills but thats about it and one of the fans on the front has a dented fan grill. :frown:
No, but before I moved there was a little hole in the wall to my left. v:v:v
when i had a shit box pc(lol 5 years ago) the fan was loud as shit, i use to punch it to make it quiet.
Often, but it's more of a gentle poke with my foot rather than smashing it to pieces.

Nope, but did alot when i was stuck with a shit computer once, (Some fujitsu siemens crap from 2003), one day it was slow at starting, i banged it, then it went "ZIEEEWWW".. :P
