It would be very limited. mostly control wise. how are you going to navigate the menu easily, and for thta matter, how are you to access it and use the phys gun.

You can run x86 code on the PS3 with the help of QEmu, but you won't be doing it very fast. You could probably get Windows 98 or Windows 2000 running and do simple stuff like 2D applications at bearable speeds, but you won't be running any 3D games. With the limited system RAM, even that is probably a stretch.
I bet I could get Duke Nukem 3D or DooM running on my PS3.
Well of course you could. With the source available, you could compile custom versions for the PS3.
Why would you Want to play Garry's Mod on your PS3 is the real question here.

I think you should consider how your lack of consideration for whether people consider their consideration of considering to consider consideration is considered important to them. You should be more considerate.
Give the PS3 2GB more ram, and access to the graphics chip. Then it would run fine.
