It's gotta be the Awesome Bar.
right
Well done, you didn't get the reference.
Who needs a background when you have aero? [img_thumb]http://cubeupload.com/files/233b20speeddial.png[/img_thumb] :iia: I love speed dial, it's my favourite feature of opera.
If you're going to use a full aero style, use text glow.
opera's speeddial.
Put Firefox portable on a flash drive... or will a teacher accuse you of 'hacking'?
Teacher's don't mind so much, but the IT guys actually ban you from school servers... I once had Chrome running off a USB, I hit ctrl + t for new tab, it brought up chrome's tab menu thing, teacher sent me to time out for 'playing games'.

Not the same. Speed dial is customizable, and with thumbnails that you can refresh to see all new information at a glance, instead of opening a bunch of tabs.
Fire Fox's auto-correct Feature, it has saved me a lot of bad spellings :3:
Opera is really god damn fast on my laptop, and I love the speed dial, but sometimes some peoples avatars on Facepunch crash it.
Fire Fox's auto-correct Feature, it has saved me a lot of bad spellings :3:
Though it can't help when you type Firefox as Fire Fox.
Chrome's superbar.
I forgot to mention Opera integrates the tabs into the very top bar where the minimize and window and exit buttons are. It's fucking awesome.
I like how Chrome has separate processes for each tab/window, so if one crashes all the other tabs are still open.
effing this Chrome is just so damned convenient to use, and since I was never an addons freak during the time I used firefox, Chrome works just awesome for me [editline]08:57AM[/editline]
Teacher's don't mind so much, but the IT guys actually ban you from school servers...
Can't pick. Speed dial, mouse gestures, 'block content', closed tabs trashcan, sessions, all the SPACE, or Turbo. It's good to be Opera. Only bad thing is those damn APNGs, and I can fix those by turning off animated images, blocking the picture and turning animated images back on.
Pretty much this I love Opera :3:
I like the clean, minimalistic design of Chrome.
Opera recycling bin :D
Opera recycling bin :D
Was just about to bring this up again after accidentally closing this tab when trying to start a new tab :buddy: And Opera has mousewheel-button support, middle-click to close tabs or open new ones OR middle-click on a link to open it in a 'background tab' (you can choose between a new tab, which redirects you to the new tab, or background tab, which opens the page in a new tab but leaves you on the current page when you want to open something in another tab, it's pretty amazing for porn)
Was just about to bring this up again after accidentally closing this tab when trying to start a new tab :buddy:
similar to this?
And Opera has mousewheel-button support, middle-click to close tabs or open new ones OR middle-click on a link to open it in a 'background tab' (you can choose between a new tab, which redirects you to the new tab, or background tab, which opens the page in a new tab but leaves you on the current page when you want to open something in another tab, it's pretty amazing for porn)
yeah most browsers have that
similar to this? [img_thumb]http://imgkk.com/i/88fn.png[/img_thumb] yeah most browsers have that
Opera's implementation is far superior. It's not hidden under two drop-down menus, and it lists pretty much every tab you've closed in the session (I think there's a limit, but it's ridiculously high), unlike Firefox which only lists 10. Plus it also remembers closed windows and blocked pop-ups in the same menu.
mouse gestures
It's got to be the bookmarks for me, if I didn't had them, I wouldn't visit as many sites as I do now
similar to this? yeah most browsers have that
Why does your Facepunch look like that? Different fonts and it looks bigger
Why does your Facepunch look like that? Different fonts and it looks bigger
because Linux handles microsoft fonts very silly.
i like themes
IE 8 - accelerators *flameshield on* :D

Mine is at 50.
Mainly mouse gestures, but I also like Opera's Link feature. Let's say you download Opera on a flash drive/school computer. Need your speed dial/favorites/notes/etc.? Log in and BAM! You've got all the settings synced. It's pretty handy.
I don't know what is it called, but if you type the name of a website in the URL and hit tab, it will then search that website with the phrase you enter after. So if I wanted to check something on Wikipedia, I would just type wiki, hit tab then type what I wanted to search.
This, a million times. You can kinda do this in Firefox by right-clicking a search box, say for Wikipedia, and clicking "Add A Keyword for This Search". Then you type the name, which can be anything, and the keyword, being what you want to type before your query. Say I set wiki as the keyword, so I can type in the address bar "wiki FBI" to search the FBI on Wikipedia. Best feature ever.
Welcome fellow facepunchers, to page 4. Bring me tools so i can build a prospering nation for all of us here on page 4.
.. I don't think you understand, he's referring to a TV add :) As for me, Probably the dictionary/spell checker most browsers come with now.
Are you really that stupid to refer to an advertisement as an "add"? I'm sorry, but this just made me want to slap the hell out of you. btw, what ad was he reffering to?
TV substraction is better.
