I've been working on this for a while, but I had to stop a few months ago because I was way too busy with other more-important projects.
Then Valve went and dropped Steam2 login, so most of the code became useless.
I might just dump the code I've got so far somewhere. Currently it's (mainly) just connection and encryption to the Steam servers.
I had a utility to transform the steamd files used by SteamRE into Objective-C/Objective-C++, but I lost the code in a reformat ages ago. If I have some time over the next few weeks I'll see if I can rewrite it to work.
Something like this would never be allowed on the App Store, so it would have to be for jailbroken devices and/or Ad-Hoc distribution.
