everyone assumes since apple could buy any company that they would
Only rumors that keep resurfacing are the ones about Adobe, EA, and AMD.
Also the AMD rumors are being brought back because people can't read the dates on articles. Wow.

Goddamn my laptops messed up again, might take it apart tomorrow.
Also my dad's given me a "Sun Java Development: Complete Library Self-Study Media Pack" Not sure if this is even worth looking at or I should just Codeacademy, wants me to spend a week learning some kind of code because I'm supposed to be doing work experience right now.
http://www.cracked.com/article_14982_the-9-manliest-names-in-world.html
On my trip to England several years ago, I was visiting an old, old church (good video game level architecture reference), and saw what may be the greatest name of all time on a tombstone.
Manley.
Powers.
Huzzah, sir Powers. You may have died centuries before our time, and the world may never know exactly what your powers were, but we know that they were Manly, and that is enough.
Oh cool tornado warning in effect. Time to take a bath with my mattress!

I love Amazon.
I wish steam would buy my shitty games back.
I want my fans to come faster.

I will be running it at at lower speeds, 1600RPM range.
Mine is the one on the far right

i thought that fan above looked kinda cool so i looked at the manufacturers website to check specs

OH GOD DON'T REMIND ME. The ydo make really nice stuff though, the fans are awesome because they they don't need a shroud to give very well directed flow, they have a small deadzone, and they are just bad-ass.
They are poly-carbonate not acrylic, the models I'm getting have spots for 5mm LEDs if yo uwant to add them, they have support for daisy-chaining, which is good on radiators for controlling multiple ones easy. The mid-speed fans do 88CFM at 30 DB. These are a ball-bearing though due to the high speed so they are a few DB louder.
Apparently these are amazing on the Cooler Master 212's because of the stupidly high static pressure combined with high CFM. They are 216CFM at 2800RPM, but reach 3200RPM at full output 12V@1.5A.
I went with these mostly because they can actually be driven at low voltages without ticking like 38mm fans. The start-up voltage is 4.5V, but they can be driven as low as 4.0V which gives 800RPM and sub-30DB.
So I bought 6 of them from Heatsink factory along with a decent Rheostat based controller that can handle 20W a channel.
Just picked up a Logitech M505 for $10 from Office Max.
Feels good man
I am currently not happy with my computer right now.
Um.
Ok.
What's wrong with it?
I think something from the mobo soldered itself off.

They look like tiny generators.

Umm, why the fuck does my mom have a better computer than me.
More RAM, and a better computer overall
I even think this is a mechanical keyboard.
Why Doom was ported to Linux:
Read the README.linux[xs] and README.dos included in linux-doom-1.8.tar.gz. They contain most of the information here (in briefer form), complete documentation of the game commands and gameplay features, and also explain id's policy towards the Linux port -- it exists because "Linux gives [David Taylor] a woody" and is not officially supported by id. Linux DOOM does not support all MS-DOS doom features (notably music and modem or IPX network play) and probably never will.
So while looking at various posts about my fans on the internet I realized how people can't read spec sheets.
If you see this:
< 60 DB(a)
do you think that it is louder or quieter then 60 DB.
The correct answer is it is quieter. Or you can think of it as 60 DB is greater then the loudness of the fan.
fixed up a friends computer, super dusty with cigarette stcky brown crap in it, re-did thermal goo and now his lag issues are gone musta been heat

That's still fairly loud.
Yeah that is quite loud, I remember 80 DB that I got that were just too loud, it sounded like a jet taking off.
That's still fairly loud.
Well that is at 2800 RPM which moves 216CFM. Comparable ones are the 38mm ones that need to go 6000 RPM and are closer to 64 DB.
I would post the rating if I could find it. What I know is that when your fan blades are twice as steep as a standard fan you only need to turn at half the RPM to get comparable results.

A bunch of 20dB 40CFM fans will just do fine for a normal usage computer though right
I cannot into cooling so good, this is the first time I'm attempting a "silent" build

I tried to do silent before, my room is too quiet so if its above 28 DB its audible. I had only 25DB fans in my case, but the fact that I had 5 of them adds up. 2 sources have double the loudness so having 2 18DB fans is like having 1 24DB fan.
If you want to be quiet and want airflow you either need to have bigger fans so you getter better cfm-to-RPM, or deeper fans that do the same.
Scythe make good fans from my experience. I have 3 1200RPM S-Flex fans that have last through every build I've done since I got them 7 years ago. Fluid dynamic bearings are nice and very quiet, they last longer then sleeved and are just as quiet.
Yate Loon are good for quiet fans. Another way to make your case quieter is to get the foam filters between your fans and the case. Keep your case from getting dusty and absorb some of the sound, but they do reduce your airflow.
However for cooling heatsinks etc, you will need either thicker fans or higher rpm, aka more static pressure. If the fins on a heatsink are close you need static pressure, more spread out and CFM is better.

How hard is the A+ exam? I assume you've taken it. I'm afraid to just go and do it because it costs quite a bit.

I haven't done the final exame yet.
I flew over the homework chapters the evening before the tests, did the Hands on Lab and Packet tracer excercies.
If you don't have a brain like a goldfish you can get pretty good grades. http://i.imgur.com/8Pe7S.png
If you actually learn and prepare yourselfe you shouldn't have a problem to get an A.
