I'm going to try sticking the fan on the back of the heatsink instead and see if that fixes it. I'm using a (fucking terrible) Scythe Katana 3. Seriously, even with the fan on full all the time my Q6600 still goes up to like 100C if I even THINK of loading it at all. Running on coaxial using a super old phono cable, sounds just as good as USB but on 24bit/96khz And this way I can record game audio though realtek chipset. [editline]21st March 2012[/editline] Not to mention it makes my AH-D2000's rock my head with super clear bass. The more I use this the more I love it.

Yeah after market cooler. The Q6600 is my old processor and it's an OEM part so I don't have a cooler for it.

I think AMD is going to skip 12.3 :( Not that it really matters, just 12.2 broke minecraft and lowered my fps in source games from 120 to 30.

How and why would they skip 12.3? 12.2 was/is a mess and they said 12.3 will fix those issues. [editline]21st March 2012[/editline] Also the show Cops makes me sad sometimes. An older, and rather large, gentleman was robbed by a dude hiding in his back seats. The robber shot him twice from behind just for a few bucks.
