I'm so close to bombing Windows 8 from this M1530 and sticking Arch / OSX Lion on here, it's horribly buggy and I'm really starting to get pissed with the layout of everything

I still have one charged up and working on a contract as my other phone. Come on it's not [i]that[/i] bad.

For a phone that came out before android really had any grip on the market I think it did pretty well for itself with the widgets on the home screen and such. Cheap too.

Obviously it's nothing on any modern android powered phone, but that's progress.

I feel like moving to arch too, I do the odd bit of scripting and web browsing.
Games don't hold much of an interest with me any-more, and I would love to become fluent in the use of Linux.

We just picked up a new server. A few weeks late, but it's still one hellv'a machine. Dual Intel Xeon E5-2650, 64GB of DDR3-1333 or maybe 1600, 2x1TB raid-1 2x180GB Intel 520 series SSD's in raid-0 :)

I'm not, It's been great so far. I still plan on moving to a dedicated raidcard, but I can't fit one in my build right now.

Found a better deal on a better laptop

This one's an ASUS with an AMD A6 processor, but it's also got a discrete 6650G in there, and the laptop can overclock well. Much better for what I'll really be using it for, and it's only $360

But I should buy a car, but my current laptop is also on its way out, and don't know if I should just wait it out, and I have no need for a car until August at the earliest.

Should probably mention I've also actually got enough for a car now but am still saving for a better car because why not

I'm running Rage as well, with an HD7970 and i don't have any issues game runs pretty smooth and looks good.
