Ouuuu you think u so tough huh? well guess what I can beat yo ass in ma sleep!
My build is a little dated, but I really dont play games enough to justify a better graphics card. The only new thing I would consider for my PC is a SSD. [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] I might grab a better power supply and put my processor up to 4Ghz.
Backtrack 5 updated to R2. And every pentester on the planet shrieked with joy at the same time. Yay, new tools.
I get the feeling the steam console is going to be something like the Alienware X51 but maybe cheaper. Also if it has full steam integration then it'd have to use keyboard and mouse, not something many console players will appreciate considering half the beauty of console is sitting back on the sofa relaxing
Content, some moron on Reddit typed in "sudo rm -rf /" on his Mac because he saw a comment that told him it's an easter egg. http://www.reddit.com/r/apple/comments/q9e23/mac_os_x_easter_eggs_i_know_how_to_minimize_in/c3vujwc [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] Fun fact: rm -rf / doesn't work on the latest version of coreutils, but Apple hasn't updated to it because the old version is GPL2, and the new version is GPL3.

That'd be pretty awesome.
Maybe you get the option to use what you want? That'd be pretty awesome.
That seems the logical way, releasing a console and then forcing someone to use keyboard and mouse seems like it'd crash and burn.
Maybe you get the option to use what you want? That'd be pretty awesome.
Pretty sure you can use keyboard + mouse for CS:GO when it comes out on console, I thought they were letting PC/PS3 players play together. Thinking about it couldn't the PS4 technically BE the steam console considering valve has worked with them for steam integration before for things like Portal 2? Edit: Why did Garry get rid of Flagdog? Was rather useful knowing where people live.
Damn this thing is noisy. [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] Do I have to run FurMark in fullscreen?
It'll definitely have both mouse/keyboard and a gamepad, it's steam so they'll definitely have M+KB, and the gamepad is fairly necessary for a console like system, who wants to sit on their couch straddling a M+KB all the time?
Learn to read. I'm keeping my 5770 for my new computer and buying a cheap card to sell in my current pc.
Learn to grammar. That isn't how it came across.
Oh SNAP he be dissin' yo grammar!
As I said in the post, I have a mechanical keyboard (Standard Blackwidow) and good headphones (Audio Technica ATH-M50). I'll take a look at SSDs.
You can't have too many headphones.
Learn to grammar. That isn't how it came across.
Yes it does. When I read it I knew exactly what he was talking about.
Really need to upgrade my CPU and get some better cooling.
Yes. Also why did you downclock your VRAM? Mine's at 2GHz.
This? [t]http://i.imgur.com/wE2QX.png[/t]

My laptop HDD is broken just enough to allow windows to work but not to allow dual boots (it scans the entire HDD, even when booting from USB leading to a startup time of say 2 hrs). Due to that, I'm the only one apart from 2 others not dualbooting into Linux during this class, and most of the other school time. Anyway, back to story So somewhat early in the course we get a home assignment where one of the questions was: What does sudo rm -rf / do Followed by the line underneath: "Don't try it unless you got backups or set up a clean VM, It will make your Ubuntu unusable" The next day we had about 60 % of the class, and for some reason the almost chimp level of intelligence part, complaining that their Linux wasn't working Teacher just said "Well, if you had read the question fully, you would have seen this, and pointed to the "Don't try it unless you got backups or set up a clean VM, It will make your Ubuntu unusable" Laughs where had for the most part, One guy stormed out of the class and he's been there like twice since (about a term). he got 85 % absence anyway
Learn to grammar. That isn't how it came across.
Learn to play in the sandbox. No need to be a dick
This? [t]http://i.imgur.com/wE2QX.png[/t]
Yeah, I thought that you'd halved it or something. It's fine at the default.
And it's ironic because "learn to grammar" is terrible grammar [editline]3rd March 2012[/editline] MERGE

Right now I have my GTX 460 clocked at 840Mhz. Some visual artifacts will appear if I add 10Mhz more. I tried playing BF3. 40 FPS on low, polygons stretching all over the map and then the game crashed.

Just got some G.SKILL RAM for my computer and it gave me the infamous short beep. Gonna have to get another model of ram since I looked it up for my motherboard and it says it's unsupported, even though its 1333 9-9-9-24 1.5V and all that good stuff. I need to hurry up and get my new RAM now before my mail-in rebates for the other computer parts expire, which for the video card is 2 weeks.
makol broke my entire computer thanks makol, now buy me a new one (pokepokebrtpokepoke)
Temps?
This is on Caspian Border, playing on High at <30FPS and lots of graphical bugs. [t]http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/12/03/03/hru.png[/t]
