The Nexus S is getting a bit old, though mine runs most apps just fine. It really depends, though you can get one new/good condition for about $250.
I've just bought one, and it runs ICS excellently, a hell of a lot better than my ZTE Blade. It only seems to be slow in 3D games, but seriously angry birds is enough for me on the go.
Was looking at a goverment site for avalibe summerjobs, Searching was nice and all but when i tried to click a job, all i got was a blank site with the background. Did the normal thing, Mashing F5 a few times, Went and tried in both Opera and FF (My normal browser is Chrome). No dice Then it strikes me, This IS the goverment sites. So i dust off my IE from it's recesses deep inside my HDD and lo and behold, Works like a charm Dammit, At least make it functional on FF or Chrome, Not IE alone

You know what the only feature I miss from windows is? Being able to hit like Windows key+1-9 to open up programs pinned on the taskbar. Was so helpful when I didn't want to move my mouse.
you look like an asian
That's because I am
80GB Intel SSD for ~70euros? Now I just need that money..
Also, Windows key + E opens up My Computer. content:
exabytes? that's a lot of fucking apps

He disguised his porn as apps.
I THINK THAT MEANS I WON THE NERD COMPETITION, BITCHES!
I THINK THAT MEANS I WON THE NERD COMPETITION, BITCHES!
So are you preparing all that porn for the end of the world? I mean, its great to stockpile in-case something happens, but I think you went over just a tad.
Also, Windows key + E opens up My Computer. content:
Deeps, you're from the future! No but seriously, do you run the interwebz?
This is one of my main problems with Windows sometimes: (Replace Firefox with any program you'd like) If I say kill process, I fucking mean kill process, I don't want to reboot just because you're a piece of shit.
Most of the time you'd go "Please self-terminate" on Linux as well tho before SIGKILLing difference is you can actually trigger a forcible kill yourself
Deeps, you're from the future! No but seriously, do you run the interwebz?
My veins are made out of CAT-420. I'm so far ahead of you guys that I had to make my own cable type.
My veins are made out of CAT-420. I'm so far ahead of you guys that I had to make my own cable type.
Do you get 10g in your head?
Most of the time you'd go "Please self-terminate" on Linux as well tho before SIGKILLing difference is you can actually trigger a forcible kill yourself
You can actually do a forced kill on Windows with taskkill /F, but it doesn't work half the time.
Do you get 10g in your head?
Shit nigga, we're on that 69G-swag now.
You can actually do a forced kill on Windows with taskkill /F, but it doesn't work half the time.
That's exactly what I mean it's not a real forced kill if it doesn't actually kill the process It's like "Okay last warning or I'm going to kill you myself" and then you never do
Shit nigga, we're on that 69G-swag now.
How are the speeds?
How are the speeds?
1.56x10^43 eb/s if you live in a city, have a dog, are straight, rich, white and all your stars are aligned. 250kb/s if any other case.

I don't think I partitioned the drive correctly.
Nah, you downloaded more disk space. It's common practice, don't worry.
Killowatt is making moves on a girl. Ohsnap.
Nah, you downloaded more disk space. It's common practice, don't worry.
Well good thing. Big upgrade from the 3 GB drive.
I just realized the secret of wining the whole "Most Beautiful Teen" thingy. Show as much cleavage as possible. As soon as I get home, i'm going to take a picture and try and give myself as much cleavage as possible. Wish me luck! Just in case you didn't know, I'm a guy.

Let me get this straight. In single threaded Cinebench, the 2.2ghz E5 pretty much comes ahead of the 2.93ghz X5670. We just ordered the E5-2650, which is running at 2.0ghz instead of 2.2ghz, the servers we run now are E5645's or E5620's which run at 2.4ghz. So if we take 2.93-2.2ghz = 0.73ghz = 730mhz, and the difference in performance, 1.15/1.21 = 5% faster than the X5670. So basically with a 25% reduction in clock speed, the E5 still manages to beat the X5670 by 5%. EDIT: Compared to the X5650, (460mhz difference), the E5 manages to beat the X5650 by 15% So if I extrapolate that data into my E5-2650 vs E5620/E5645, we should have the best servers we've ever used, around the same price point that we're paying now. E5-2650 runs at 2.0ghz, our E56xx runs at 2.4ghz, 400mhz difference, we should have anywhere from 15-18% of improvement, and don't even mind the core counts, we have DOUBLE the cores, and fucking DOUBLE the I/O throughput. Intel 520 series 180GB's vs Intel 320 120GB, or our X25-E's X25-E's is pretty much comparable to the 520 series 240GB, so we will be seeing nice results. Damn, I can't wait, server will be up Friday!! EDIT2: ( Multi-threaded results) Source: http://www.anandtech.com/show/5553/the-xeon-e52600-dual-sandybridge-for-servers/10 EDIT3: and for whoever still remembers my Dual E5645 screenies, We'll be running CentOS 6.2 this time around, not 5.7/5.8 Like I used to.
