Ok I'm not sure what to do about my network issue, would buying a wireless card work or is it going to be a waste of money? I'm not sure if it's my motherboard that's crapped out, realteks drivers or some setting I've unknowingly changed. Took two hours, but I finally have the power saving and throttling settings perfected on my laptop. Not much is better than a cool lap and a barely ever seeing the i3 needing to jump to higher than 933mhz on more than one core. Virtual Box ruins everything unless I set it to run on the gimped core stuck @ around 1.5ghz. Other than that made some great content by accidentally formatting one of my external by formatting /dev/sdd instead of /dev/sdc. So happy it was my crap drive for temporarily moving files.

My Mom is arguing with me that when the analog tv signal is turned off here it will increase broadband speed... I'm arguing that it will only increase the digital signal, as broadband is a compleatly wired system, wheras tv is wirless, like radio.

Strip the receiver and circuitboard out of the car, replace with pi and gertboard. Wire the cars batteries into the gertboard and connect the motors to the boards analogue outputs.
