i have fucking terrible ADSL is there i way i can get somewhat decent SDSL from my ISP? my download rate is many, many times greater than my upload rate - i'd like to have both of them nearly equal when i try to host a server in a game, at times, my friend's latency can suffer greatly often to the point that it's unplayable for them i'd probably have to pay some serious money for SDSL, but what are my chances of getting it arranged

BTW, What's a good way to encrypt a USB drive that's not TrueCrypt? I don't have administrative access in school computers, and you have to run the portable TrueCrypt .exe as Admin.
