Yes, and I got a 100% refund.
I hope I never have to deal with Dell support again. HP was fucking awesome. I call once, get a guy I can't understand. Wait 10 minutes, call again, get a guy in his mid 20's, speaks perfect english, and within 10 minutes I'm done, and the next morning I have a replacement on my frontdoor.

Neat. I still had a small feign hope of getting me a cheap Dell 30" with a few screwy pixels.

what a convenient time for you to show up makol[/QUOTE]
Ed looks really creepy in that screen cap.

slenderman
I got a 23" Dell Ultrasharp and within a week a green line of pixels appeared down the left side of the screen. I rang up support and they sent another in a van the next day, just switched them there and then. Pretty good if you ask me. UK call centre's, whoop.
The only place I've gotten consistent, helpful support is with ASUS
When I had my old Crosshair mobo, I had to RMA it like 6 times and the dude even heard the error beeps over the phone once and knew exactly what the problem was

Same, ASUS has a bad rap for support when I've personally never had a problem.
My EEE PC with dead SSD, 1 month out of warranty. Still got it fixed for nothing, with extremely fast timing (took 1 week to ship out, 2 days to get back).
My best experience with hardware related support was with Cooler Master.
Got sent free replacement parts and a bonus 200mm fan.

I love getting freebies when a company fucks up
They purposely sent it. I think.
Some of hard drive trays for the HAF X were missing the little bolt that hold the drive in place were missing so they sent me new ones. In the same ticket I asked about where I can/purchase a plain black 200m since the case came with two but I have never seen one in a store. They guy said they're made exclusively for the HAF X and HAF 932.
The following week I get the bolts in a rather large package and once I open it up a 200mm fan falls out with the bolts :v:
well it's kind of hard to accidentally put a fan in a bag of bolts
But now I feel bad about it.
It's just sitting in the drawer of many fans.
Coolermaster sent me a 200mm black fan as well.
All I did was say I wanted a non-LED one.
The scroll wheel on my Deathadder no longer scrolls. The bit that connects the wheel to the electoral thing broke off. Therefore I have set up a keyboard macro to replace it. Now I've realized that keys are better for this purpose.
I use Page Up and Page Down all the time
Really useful actually

I always use page up, page down and the arrow keys.
I'd use that to but I need scroll wheel for other things so it's good to have.
Got a new flash drive.
I want to name it something else than Removable Disk.
Any ideas?

Silicon pocket

Fits, as the company who produced it is Silicon Power.
Now what to install on it? Thinking of a quick-recovery stuff. Or a bootable Linux, anti-virus, Portable FF/Chrome, some games. It is only 3.6GB sadly.

Help me decide, Firefox or Chrome. I love both!
Put whichever browser you use the most on it.

School / friends - Chrome
Home - Firefox.
I guess FF it is. Chrome has been buggy for me lately.
I've never had a stuck pixel.
...then I dropped my screen.

I got a minor panic attack earlier. It looked like i'd gotten a huge crack literally diagonally from edge to edge. After my pulse got below 300 i touched it and saw that it was a hair
drop it again
what's the worst that could happen
(I kid, that sucks)
