Zeriga here. More or less, crashed DVD-ROM Drivers. Had that happen on a Toshiba Laptop every ten minutes! What fun! NOW GET OFF MY LAPTOP SCOOT
Wow HP learn2media PC. Tried rebooting but it half shut off and wouldn't respond or go any further. Had to force shut down. Got the tray to open as soon as it booted and pulled it out quickly. Works now! NEVER AGAIN P.S. He said since it didn't do anything to his laptop (and it didn't) nothing would happen to my computer. Well, he forgot that I have an HP. Anything can break an HP.
Not their servers. Those things are like bricks. They'll break you before you can do anything to it.
What I think is going on - It tries to read the CD. Reads some part, where it looks like autoplay, but is not really autoplay. Windows wants to recheck. Rechecks, can't find shit. It still has the task to fucking open that, because the DVD player is being a fag and sending that signal. Windows can't understand what the shit is going on, tries to resolve the problem and info what DVD player is sending but can't still understand it. DVD looks like it is readable but it isn't and fucks shit up.
Yeah, that sounds like it. It was endlessly reading, stopping, restarting and reading again, while turning the HDD light solid for some-fucking-reason. v:v:v Funny thing: It was Super Smash Bros. Brawl. AND THIS GAME'S WINNER IS: BRAWL DISC! Edit: I stole my laptop back. -Z
I once put my Xbox version of Halo 2 in my PC instead of the actual PC version. Nothing happened and it just spat out the disc.
I put my gamecube copy of Pokemon Colosseum in my pc to see what would happen, had to take out the entire cd drive to get it out and the disc was a bit scratched, still worked after though.

Sometimes, I hate my sister and his boyfriend too much. They have to torrent or stream stuff all the damn time. Oh hey, there are new YT videos. NOPE! Can't watch in 720p because the bandwith is being raped. And all the time I have to go to them and tell them to limit the DL speeds. They will do it then, but the thing that I have to go to them for it sucks. Router sucks massive dicks because of the proprietary software on it for the Digital TV to work. No bandwith limitations on it.
Felt like this was some nice content. #KSPOfficial irc just banned entire network to get rid of one person.
-fair enough-
Why are you still here.
That wasn't a bad post. As long as he is not complaining and not being a dumb bitch, he can stay. If he has something to say what fits this thread or whatever is going on in this thread, does it well and thinks thrice before doing it, it is fine.
Some DVD drives can rip wii/GC games. You wouldn't believe where mine came from. A HP

Does anyone know of something that can speed up GIFs? I can't get Photoshop Elements or GIMP to go any faster then 0ms and that's still rather slow. I want it to be faster.
Your router runs digital TV? What..
We have that in Sweden atleast
Your router runs digital TV? What..
You. 1) You should enable visitor messages so I don't have to do this through the thread 2) What were the fan problems you had with the COSMOS II, something to do with not fitting or something?
Your router runs digital TV? What..
Hes got BT Vision or a Smart TV, or somthing along those lines. Its for stuff like Youtube iPlayer ect. He gets his TV connection from his ISP and the router they gave him has software in it to let it bypass bandwith limitations.
what's up with all these people making alts and shit? also who is this whoops/darlex dude and why is he all upset?
Your router runs digital TV? What..
I think you could call it IPTV as it sends TV over IP. We have an ethernet cable running from the router to a box, what then goes to the TV. I could connect that line to my PC, take the settings from their website and connect to their stuff and watch TV, but I would lose internet connection because it works like that. Might explain it better when I am not on a phone.
You. 1) You should enable visitor messages so I don't have to do this through the thread 2) What were the fan problems you had with the COSMOS II, something to do with not fitting or something?
1) No, as I don't check my visitor messages. 2) The case has fan filters all over so airflow kind of sucks. So I cut out almost all grills and fan filters, much better.
i could probably get a job from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM EVERY DAY that would be incredibly intense, 84 hours a week :|
1) No, as I don't check my visitor messages. 2) The case has fan filters all over so airflow kind of sucks. So I cut out almost all grills and fan filters, much better.
The fan filters, aren't those only on the side and the top?
If they are on WiFi
I dont want them to not access the internet, I want them to use less bandwith. I also probably worded one of my posts badly. I meant that the router has no ability to regulate how much can one use at the time. I have 16/1 connection. Tv-s (2, one downstairs, other upstairs) use 4-6mbits down 0.2 up all the time. That leaves me with 10-12mbits. That is about 1.2MB. They don't limit and I will get only 0.2 if lucky sometimes. Now, father also uses the internet, what brings me down to 0.1MB/s. He doesn't notice it and I can fix the speeds by going to another room and tell them to limit the speed.
i could probably get a job from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM EVERY DAY that would be incredibly intense, 84 hours a week :|
Doing what?
Doing what?
"general labor" working all night would be pretty awesome, though [editline]10th April 2012[/editline] and it's just a 2 month temporary thing, I'd make $800 a week
