I don't blame it, Firefox is a blatantly superior browser

DON'T YOU START.

In some regards yes.
I still love the combined search and URL bar on Chrome though.

You can search in the URL bar in FF

firefox has had that since before chrome was even a thing
You can search in the URL bar in FF
Um no. It functions completely differently. It will try to find the most relevant site to your input and automatically send you to that, if nothing can be found it will go to google (or whatever search engine you have set)
So my HTF-600's plug finally broke. Any way i could fix it or would it just be easier to buy a new pair.

Nope, still does it just not as much.
Nope, still does it just not as much.
it hasn't done it for me in years
Oper mini has been really gay today...
And I have like nothing to do today at school.
First was an English lesson, had a realllly easy test.
Right now it is second, russian. Read some text, done.
Next should be maths but we will have some other thing..
And then there is Estonian, what will be pretty boring.
it hasn't done it for me in years
I honestly prefer the Firefox system with the separate Google and URL bars.
The number one problem I have with Chrome is trying to search something and it autofilling the fucking thing and giving me the wrong fucking thing.
Deeps, what were your gaymen PC specs?
You know the long range rocket North Korea was launching? Yeah, it failed during the first stage.

Are you serious?
So, it went EXACTLY how we predicted.
That's amazing.
Kerbal space program: north korea edition?

Although it will be funny to see how their 'glorious leader' is going to tell this to the people.

I hate when people don't offer at least $20 for me reformatting, ridding of viruses, and just doing general maintenance on their PC's.. So if they ask again I tell them to get a quote from Geek Squad :v:

It'll cost them $30 just to get a quote :v:
Ordered on ebuyer at around 10PM last night, got to my door at 7:30AM today.
Wow, parcel force actually did their job.
I'm putting together a small 2u rackmount AMD Llano rig. Nothing too performance orientated so really even an old P4 would have been sufficient but kicks out FAR too much heat. These Llanos come with a nice low-profile heatsink too.
I keep hearing that the graphics on these isn't too bad so I might install a game and see for myself.
It is so weird when I am on reddit and see people from here posting there too :V
Oh well, /r/rtalesfromtechsupport atleast has stories and loads of people, instead of this place where there is only general discussion what can sometimes go far far far from hardware and software.
AND MY FUCKING KEYBOARD DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY BECAUSE MY PC IS ON IT'S SIDE AND THE THINGS COME OUT OF PS/2 PORTS

I've seen nikomo floating round reddit. And I think I've spotted deeps on the verge.

I see Cresty and Nikomo the most.
Quick question, I changed my 5 year old power supply to a new Be Quiet! one along with a few other things to silence my computer (literally inaudible now and will be inaudible at load soon too), and my GPU temperatures dropped 10-15c both idle and load, yet I didn't change the GPU at all, just added the new PSU and a fan controller.
Question is, could my old PSU be making my GPU hotter? It seems to have been but I can't make sense of it other than it feeding the GPU too much power which surely could not have happened?

Different fan could cause airflow differences, sure. Especially if the fan is faced the other direction.
[editline]13th April 2012[/editline]
probably just better airflow.
Could *potentially* be better voltage regulation where your old PSU was actually supplying more voltage than the card wanted.
The old PSU was never too hot though, I had a delta 120mm on 80% the whole time (which was way too loud but necessary), the only airflow change is slower but silent fans (worse airflow) and the PSU is mounted fan upwards as it was designed that way, plus it looks sexy.
I should try overclock my 1090T again, I could only get 4ghz on my old PSU no matter what voltage/NB voltage I tried, should be able to get it higher now.

I also just touched all the heatsinks on the motherboard (CPU VRM/phase power, northbridge/southbridge) under load and they're all just warm, where as when I touched them on my old PSU under load they would burn my fingers after a second.

I once burnt myself bumping against my GPU's PCI bracket
Does anyone know if Fanatical is having some issues? Their website is loading pretty slow and mine isn't at all.
