I'm really just looking for something no more than 16 hotswap 3.5. I'd like for it to have 120mm fan ports atleast. I plan on taking out all the fans and putting in GT's or something comparable in pressure. All the drives will be relatively cool running. And the system inside won't be crazy powerful, but I plan on maybe running a H80 on each CPU if I could. idk yet.

I don't even know. depends what my options are. I don't even see why the chassis should be that expensive. Just a metal box and the plastic sleds.

There's a lot more to them than that.

R&D, things like development of front panel systems, airflow, hot-swap systems, structure testing, etc.
Also most are priced higher than it costs to build/ship/whatever because face it, they don't sell like normal cases do. They sell a hell of a lot less.

Gotta pay big for quality parts!

You still haven't provided a price I should be expecting.
I couldn't care less about all that stuff if all of that already goes in. It doesn't affect my decision at all.
Learned an interesting fact today.
MySQL is named after co-founder Monty Widenius's daughter, My.
Yeah, I was thinking about that. Or go even cheaper and buy a Kindle Touch 3G..free 3G plan and an actually fairly decent web browser.
though a chromebook might be a better idea, I could use Skype on it!
shit, there's a lot of possibilities..
I have a Kindle Touch and I can say that the web browser is close to unusable. If you're planning on buying a Kindle just for browsing the web, don't do it.
If you want the biggest bang for your buck, get a second-hand Nexus S or a Galaxy S. They're really good and they are cheap.
Don't know much about US carriers, but some of them might carry the Galaxy S for $0 (subsidized).
You can't really get a brand-new Nexus S by now, at least from a carrier, they have stopped manufacturing them.

My sister's laptop has overheated and shut off before , but it never got this screen anyone know what could have happen to the screen? maybe the gpu is broken, when you into windows you can see like half the login screen the other half is black white.
I already checked for damage by opening the entire laptop looking at motherboard checking cable etc, I don't know what else either the gpu is kinda dead or something i don't know maybe one of you guys know.
sry for big ass picture.

I own a Kindle Touch wi-fi, never had issues with the web browser besides it being slow sometimes, I've managed to use imo.im on it at least. (and I do read books on it.)
And I guess I could try, but I still doubt that I could be that lucky.

If the plan is to make more money through selling replacement cables, that isn't working, ebay has them for 1000x less than what they charge :v:

What happens when you plug it into an external monitor? If everything is visually fine on the external, then the GPU is not at fault. In that case, either the screen or the cable that goes from the motherboard to the screen is broken.
FYI, putting images in [t] tags will make them smaller.
Guys, i think my HDD is broken...

Yep, definitely Makol's work. You can tell by the fracture patterns.

It's even worse when they make a different bloody port for each product, instead of just keeping one proprietary port like Apple does.
there should be laws against proprietary ports

It's trying to tell him that he should look after his butt a bit more. Maybe the computer is simpyl trying to save him from getting raped.
Diablo 3 is using less memory than Google Chrome, seems odd.
Tera is ridiculous, beta client is a 25GB download, unsure if it counts as pre-loading the game as well though. Still seems rather large considering Rift was 9GB at launch and WoW only hit 30GB for me after Cataclysm, though I didn't delete old patch files. Either way I doubt they'll get many people with bad download rates testing it.

Nobody should buy a Galaxy S. I had the old i9000 and it's completely unusable without just flashing Cyanogenmod to eliminate all the bloat. Then you lose 720p30 recording, playback of codecs like .mkv and .flac is broken etc etc. But the Nexus S is good with its AOSP firmware. Though he did say he wanted a keyboard so it looks like it's a no go for Nexus devices.
