20 mpg feels good to drive a car with a decent engine

I get 23-26 mpg (9-10 L/100KM). Not bad for a decade-old car.

At this moment I wish I got Ap14's. These AP15's are fine, but I will never use them at full speed and my fan controller only goes to 40% or 750rpm. Which is roughly a Ap12, which is quiet, but I wish I could run them even lower.

Any fans running in the door either move no air or start pulsing air causing much more noise. If I run the fans outside of the case at the lowest speed they move plenty of air and are plenty quiet for my needs. 9db or something just like the 800RPM Ap12's, but for some stupid reason when they are on the door the air rushing through causes so much noise. I ended up cutting out the inside of the door which cut down a lot on noise, but it still makes too much noise.

Goddammit. Today the teacher at college had to make a deal with me to stop answering everything she asked. NO ONE ELSE KNEW THE ANSWERS DAMMIT. How could you not know what PCI was, dammit. He's pretty much failing already and yet somehow managed to skip Cert II.
