Back again. RAM is coming in tomorrow, and I got more worries. I'm probably going to need to replace the motherboard, as the crack looks a little bit bigger than I think it is, I ain't 100% sure as it is in an obscured place. But anyways, if I get a new motherboard, is it okay to put a possibly damaged (shows no sign of damage if you look at it, was taken out a bit rough) video card into the PCI-e slot, or will it short and fry the computer?

The way that PCI-e works means that at worse some of the pins wont work. It won't be particularly performance damaging.

Take note that when I took this card out I saw something fly out of the PCI-e slot or around the area.
