Explain this shit: whenever I turn off the amplifier for my bass guitar, my computer thinks that I unplugged a USB device, which is odd, since the amplifier is in no way connected to the computer.

It doesn't do it all the time, it's pretty random.

I asked him why he teaches people to use tables instead of divs.
