Should I be concerned about my GPU running at 50C idle?
No, the 4000 series runs hots like that. My 4870 is around 58C idle. Edit: and around 84C under load apparently.

And that's even with my screen door letting cool air into the room, case fans almost maxed..
Can I oc my e7200 with the stock fan at those temps? I want to get it from the stock 2.53 to around 3. Is that safe?
What the hell.
lolspeedfan idle. usually only a little higher under load.
Speedfan sucks balls, HWmonitor is a lot better. Q6600@ 3.6 GHz 1.469v temps @ load, idles are around 25 takes this gigantic fucker to cool it off:
No, the 4000 series runs hots like that. My 4870 is around 58C idle. Edit: and around 84C under load apparently.
Ah, ok. That makes me feel better.
The problem is that when I run intel burntest my computer exceeds 100 degrees celsius and shuts off
Idle. My E7400's temp senors are broken though, they don't detect anything under 36c. I think it's actually running at like 29c.

GPU temps are spot-on though, and nice and cool thanks to this monstrousity:

I have no idea why it shows my GPU twice. I only have one 4850.
Anyone know why I can't get SMART readings? I can get HDD temperatures and whatnot if I put a drive into a USB enclosure, but SATA or eSATA drives aren't reporting anything. My board is an evga 680i.
What are you using to take them? Speedfan ceases to work for SMART ratings on my drives.
What are you using to take them? Speedfan ceases to work for SMART ratings on my drives.
I've tried several things. HWMonitor "sees" USB drives but not SATA ones.
i wonder what the temps would be if you bolted that cooler to a intel atom. 6 degrees maybe?
