The shop i'm working at, and am at right now, charges 100 to remove files :( and 150 for virus scan/removal/installation of new programs (avast free). Easy, and yes a rip, but for a mum & pop operation you have to charge prices like that to come even. Although, it sounds like this guy may be working from home, if this is the case we can get him arrested for operating without a business license.
