I scaled the image down so it wouldn't get JPeg'd and so it wouldnt overwhelm people's screen who use smaller resolutions and I don't know how to pin shortcuts to one shortcut why don't you teach me

If you right click your Steam icon on the taskbar you get a jump list. You may know this already.
If you launch a game through Steam, it appears on the top of your "Recent" list. Hover over that and there's a push pin.

That pushpin will keep it "pinned" to the top of the list.
If you run out of room on the jump list, do this:
1. Go into your Start Menu Properties

2. In the Start Menu Properties section, click the "Customize" button.

3. At the bottom of the dialog that comes up, there is a setting to control the number of items on the jump list. Turn this number up as needed (I personally like 40)

In all honesty, I wasn't testing specifically on the emotes, they're low res and I was testing shit like ~artistic 3d glow~
