The DE is Gnome 3, the theme is Zukitwo, the icons are Faience, and, as always, I took the picture myself (I haven't bothered to edit it yet beyond resizing).

Freshened things up a little... but without any icons the desktop looks kinda pale. Ugh. I will never be satisfied with this.
