Same deal as with my desktop, there's a series of wallpapers it will cycle through. The center 'window' is different with each one.

And yes, my windows is genuine. When I reinstalled it asked for my key, typed it in, said it was already in use.
I just installed Rainmeter and messed with it for a few minutes.

Instead of stretching the wallpaper, add some gray to the bottom so that it will fit your resolution.
