Is there an actual reason why Dr.Deeps hates everything to do with rainmeter with anything.
Yes.
Yes.
Get rid of all those excess icons on your dock, they're on par with rainmeter.
Get rid of all those excess icons on your dock, they're on par with rainmeter.
Except they're not. Because they serve a purpose, are built into the system and are the primary way of launching programs. Rainmeter is shit and serves no unique purpose that isn't already built into the system

Unless you're the photo-Mom that every family has, you probably don't need iPhoto on your dock either.. Actually you really don't need it on the dock anyway since it automatically launches when you plug a camera in. Also, doesn't the Mac mouse support gestures? I have a MBP so I don't know, but if so, you should get rid of the mission control and launchpad icon. What I'd remove: launchpad mission control app store email facetime contact list/book/whatever it's called in Lion Photobooth iPhoto
It's funny how deeps is transitioning into a perfect copy of Ca5bah [editline]27th December 2011[/editline]
Alright buddy, have fun launching important stuff like the contacts list. [t]http://i.imgur.com/3cfA8.png[/t] Yeah.. I like my red cube.
In before Dr.Deeps rates that post dumb because he thinks that dock is shit and serves no unique purpose that isn't already built into the system.
Hey Deeps. As you hate all the desktop icons, and say THEY DO NOT COME WITH WINDOWS AND SHOULDN'T BE THERE. Why did my windows have icons on the desktop when I first booted it up? That means they should be there all the time, but they aren't?
Stop posting about Deeps already.
I think this is kinda cool. Newb at Maya :P

I just got windows 7, whipped this up in a day: [THUMB]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/23414526/desktop.png[/THUMB] There's some slight artifacting on the pyro, which I'm trying to fix. But for a 1 hour photoshop done by me, it turned out pretty good.
Started using Firefox again and it doesn't seem to like the fact I changed the icon it uses via the shortcut. I created a different window in the toolbar and it pisses me off, how to fix this? Oh managed to change the icon nevermind
You guys are more annoying than he is. I didn't even see what he did but he can't be as bad as ca5bah or whatever his name is.
Ca5bah was a complete moron, deeps just likes the box rating.
Ca5bah was absolutely OBSESSED with RAM resource usage. He kept trying to argue that the 17MB 'wasted' memory on Rainmeter was reallly bad and wasteful [editline]27th December 2011[/editline] By the way, how should I manage my icons. I'm on the default system right now and have already tried a dock and a fence
I saw this desktop some pages ago and I saved it because I really liked the wallpaper. I'm looking for similar wallpapers, anyone got some? Also, name of the icons.
[t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/50438627/desktop.png[/t] And i keep my friends open because it's supposed to be there. It's always there like a gadget.

The wall is a mod of the default lion wallpaper, I'll give you links to them when I get on my desktop.
About my desktop, by the way... the dock is Rocketdock since I've used it forever (had it back on my XP rig many years ago) and I love it to pieces. the icons are from a set called Lucidity V2, and I really need to get around to making my own, as Lucidity doesn't have a few icons that I want, or they aren't how I want them, and There's a faint white glow around them which i find unpleasant. Also, has anyone figured out what file format Windows likes the most for Desktop wallpapers? My res. is 1440x900, and my wallpaper looks a tad JPEG raped, but it looks worse as a .png, which goes against everything I knew about file formats.

This was taken literally three minutes after the first boot. So fuck the fuck off, cunt. Anyways, Mail, FaceTime and Address Book are all used daily. So they're staying. It simplifies information an puts it on the desktop in an elegant manner. It's all preference, so dumb rating is unnecessary.
