The PC version is unplayable.
It has the bad optimization of GTA 4, the bugginess of Bethesda games on launch date, the controls are as clunky as the iTunes UI...it's essentially the Windows ME of PC ports.

The color thing is a Rainmeter thing. The original wallpaper is... normal... chalkboard colors... The colors change much like you'd expect with the whole Zune scene. Seriously:

It's... a little distracting, to be honest. It doesn't seem as smooth as Zune does.
It's still an awesome concept, though, and I can see how it might work for other users that either don't notice the 'shifting', or that have a wallpaper it would fit better with.

Exactly why I changed it from being on the top to the bottom shortly after I decided to throw it up there.

EDIT2: Now it decided to open tabs instead of windows, so that problem is fixed.
My new desktop!
A couple of things needed to be explained:
The two windows icons in the top right hide and show the taskbar.
FP logo (top left) opens up internet to Facepunch.
Folder icon opens up the Icons folder which is hidden from view.
Firefox icon opens firefox (Duh. :v:)
The Computer screen icon opens C:\
And the raindrop opens the rainmeter website.
I don't know why but Windows like to jpeg rape my background even if the original file is png.
Things that will probably change:
Background - Its just a temporary one and well, a bit wierd when you look at it for more than 5 minutes

Need to make icons more unique (two icons currently look the same)
Those icons need AA.
