I hand them out to everyone, it's nothing personal. But I just rate posts accordingly, that's completely different than the receiver getting all bent out of shape because someone clicked the box icon below their post.

Just put it on a separate layer and trace it
or rather, trace it in flash as a vector so you can resize it

I believe that its the vibrant green with the vibrant blue contrast that makes it look shoddy, post processing it into a desaturated image with a green sky and lack of contrast wont really make it look better.

Rather freshen it up a bit by giving it some yellow more natural looking sunlight, and reduce some contrast on the clouds.
