Also, I'm kind of hesitant to install new themes, as every time I try, I have to remove and re-install the UxStyle patch. And when I do, I can never really find that 'perfect' theme.

I didn't like 7Pro because it looked ugly without patching/replacing the other files, like ExplorerFrame. And the minimize/maximize/close buttons were ugly.

I'm currently using Dream: [url]http://giannisgx89.deviantart.com/art/Dream-for-Win7-206868802[/url]. My main issue with this is that it sets the font and background color aren't black/white, which doesn't look too good in some applications.
