You have IE9 so it's not too bad.
But all versions prior to IE are extreme pieces of shit. IE9, while admittedly surpassed by most other browsers, is halfway decent. Don't worry about it too much.

Vista theme is [url=http://www.deviantart.com/?q=clearscreen+sharp#/d23aq9k]Clearscreen Sharp[/url] (there's also a Win7 version; it shouldn't be too hard to find), and I think the wallpaper was posted just a little while ago here. It's very nice.
The section on the left is from my secondary miniature monitor. It displays a simple Samurize config that contains the current date/time and a todo list (usually). It also generally contains my music player (Xion, with the Ayon player skin), and sometimes windows for references/chat/etc when I'm drawing or doing something fullscreen. I can't have more than one normal monitor both because of space limitations and because I'm on a laptop. :v:
I want a better wallpaper for it than just copying a section of the main wallpaper, but I don't have any good ideas. Also, I have to be kind of careful because it has some color limitations (i.e. some gradients get spread out, if you know what I mean).
