Acer Games, eBay link, and Norton look like bloatware tbh.
Both my mom and dad's laptops had those (which I promptly removed) and I have a friend who's grandmother has an Acer Aspire One and it had that sort of bloatware on it.
Though yeah, the rest... Look very questionable. Especially the emotes...

I've been using the UxStyle Patcher for a long time now, however, as of lately, when changing themes (and back!) it reverts to Classic. For example, I had been using Shine 2.0, then I found another theme, applied that, changed to classic. Tried to change back but it went to classic as well. It hasn't been doing that until a week or so ago. What's up with that?
As for the orbs, laptop has [url=http://browse.deviantart.com/customization/skins/windows7/startorbs/#/d36pauv]Win8 Orb[/url]. Apparently the author of the desktop orb deactivated his account, so I can't find it anywhere.

Doesn't SimCity 4 work swimmingly in Windows 7? Works fine for me (with affinity set to 1 CPU) - unless of course you're using mono / wine
