Well good luck compressing it in avi, and then in again in WMV and make it look good on a 1080p resolution monitor.
En-/Transcoding something doesn't necessarily mean you have to compress it.

The BIK converter doesn't really compress it, just converts it. In Windows Movie Maker or a proper video editing program ( :v: ) you don't neccesarily have to compress it.
