Because you might be on a netbook or other similarly low-powered device and you still want to communicate with people via Steam. I actually have a cousin that I talk to almost exclusively on Steam.

Sammy's wedding was great. I was the camera man/MiniDV-to-DVD guy.
The Chrome icon is a portable dev version of Chrome installed to the Public folder of my Dropbox. I don't know why it opens in a separate task item. v:v:v

Because the chrome icon is a shortcut to your chome in the program files. If I open chrome from another drive it won't activate my icon on my taskbar.
After running my computer in safe mode, I go back to running normally and my computer's in windows classic. I attempt to change it back and it ends up in Aero. I've spent an hour redoing things in theme manager to try to get back Soft7 but nothing seems to be working. In fact, it seems half the time that changing to soft7 in theme manager makes it decide it wants to be in windows classic again. Can anybody help me here?

Are you using a memory patcher or are you patching system files?
