I'm not on that computer right now, but I'm pretty sure it's [url=http://neiio.deviantart.com/art/APPOWS2010-157033415]Appows 2010[/url]. It's either Haze or Dusk in that pack, either one will give you that taskbar, but Haze has a lighter ui in explorer windows. Don't forget to activate Use Small Icons. Not entirely sure what the start button is, but i'll get to looking for that.

I somewhat like Elune, but when I use Elune, Firefox starts using shitty fonts for the interface.
