Some videos require quicktime to play, nero is for burning to CDs(which I do alot of), and all that HP shit is from having an HP printer and an HP monitor(installs itself for no fucking reason). I'm uninstalling realplayer because you reminded me to(it's total shit).
The fact that it is installed doesn't mean the icons have to be on your desktop. Especially if you don't use it.
Good idea, I removed all that clutter. For your help you earned yourself one spaceship.

Still icons, and XP.
Good old XP.

What's wrong with XP? It can actually run fallout games without crashing every 30 seconds.(unlike vista) Atleast with XP I get another hour of play before the crash.(fuck you Bethesda/Obsidian)
Vista's setup, awkward way of doing things, and conflict with alot of things I do sounds much better than one of the most stable Windows OS of all time...

I've used Vista since I got this computer I use, and I've never had any major problems with the operating system. The only time something happened to it was a BSOD, and after restarting the computer, it was completely fine. I don't know what caused it, but that's the only problem I've had with this computer.

I've had more problems with Windows XP than with Vista or 7.
Win7 > XP > Vista after service packs > All other Windows OSes > Vista without Service Packs >= ME
[editline]4th August 2011[/editline]
I haven't had really any significant problems with XP (apart from Windows Toybox, which I immediately switched to Windows Classic). Fuck, I even went and replaced Explorer entirely. Not just a visual style - a completely different shell. You'd think that'd cause a fuckton of problems but nope, worked fine.

PEBKAC
New Vegas runs fine out of the box for me.
Fallout 3 took a bit of doing but otherwise works quite well.
ive never had a single issue even with vista with no service packs.
The biggest problem I had with Vista back when I used it was the irritating constant security dialogs.
he probably means the 2d fallout games
[editline]4th August 2011[/editline]
ive never had a single issue even with vista with no service packs. Apart from compatibility issuses, but you can't blame a new OS for that, by the time windows 7 was released most stuff was already compatible with vista so everything ran on 7 as well since 7 is pretty much vista.
I mean't every single solitary Fallout game there is. All 5 of them.
Why was I rated dumb? Is it because I use XP? So much OS drama
I mean't every single solitary Fallout game there is. All 5 of them.
High Resolution patch on Fallouts 1 and 2. Not sure about Tactics.
[editline]4th August 2011[/editline]
the real question is why do you give a shit about ratings?
Maybe he wishes to improve, but he can't because "Dumb x 5" doesn't tell him jack shit.
It's why I always ask for a reason for being rated Dumb if I don't know the rating-giver well enough to just know it.
In this case he was rated dumb only once and it was clearly some kid who was like "LOL XP OLD SHIT"
I wasn't paying attention to his ratings at the time so I kind of pulled a number out of my ass. :v:
If I rate dumb, I usually reply why. If I don't reply, it's either obvious why, or to be ignored. :v:
I herd u liek pirated windows
How can you tell that is pirated? If you are basing the assumption on the fact that it is in "Test Mode", I've had to use that for certain drivers before.

I thought it was one of these pre release version that should disable themselves after a month or so.

What windows and rainmeter theme are you using (the clock/date for the rainmeter)?
V2
This time, with Guy Manuel start orb.

Should I change the Icons to large or leave it like this?
I think large would work okay, but what you have right now looks good as well.

Is there way I can have a solid-color taskbar like that with a 64 bits build?
What theme is that, anyway?

should be able to use the same theme 32bit or 64bit
On my laptop. Should I or should I not use Omnimo?
With Omnimo:

I like being able to see news when not working on anything, but I don't know if it's worth the space it use. So I would like more opinions.

I'd say keep Omnimo. It fits with the rest and it looks somewhat useful (if you actually read the news, that is).
Also kudos for disabling the clock on the taskbar because you have a Rainmeter clock.

Althought, I have the tendancy to still look in the right corner for it. But it's just a habit. Will disappear soon. And the news are somewhat useful since it's from one of the biggest Computer related sites in Sweden. And I always forgot to check their website, so it will have it's function.
