Well the first thing you need to do is send me that wallpaper.
After that, move the loose files into folders on your desktop (or move all your desktop files into a folder in My Documents and hide desktop icons, that would be my personal preference), lose the color on Aero, maybe switch to a new visual style, possibly add a hint of Rainmeter, and you should be good.
I was just thinking about dumping the taskbar and replacing it with something not so solid, I know there is auto-hide, which I don't really like at all, I also know that there are few programs to do this but any of those aren't really properly doing it.
Do you have any suggestions about that?

You can do that with Ultramon? Mine can't do that!
The only thing that annoys me about ultramon and programs like it is that the taskbar is never exactly right like the default.
