That will probably work with very low settings.

Processor is OK, but you're not gonna be running anything more intensive than source games on medium with that card. I'm assuming you're buying from some shitty supermarket, they always add shitloads of RAM and a decent processor then throw in a terrible GPU.

GTA4 maxes out my 4870 on medium, I doubt it'll even run on a 9200.

Allow me to clarify something: That's a RADEON 8500 that dates from late 2001. It'll probably just manage Half Life 1 on high.
