Computer not running. Something to do with USB Ports

So I come back from school and turn on my Computer. My computer loads until it gets to a screen with a "American Megatrends" Logo. and the message reads "USB Device over current status Detected. Shutting system down in 15 seconds"
what is wrong with my computer?
