i tried to fraps fear that was at like 150fps on gtx 260 the only way to get good frames was lowering the fps

I like their video encoder. The video looks nice but the sound ain't the best

60 fps is about the max we can really see but going higher does make it smoother. Also 120 hz and 240 hz are just a gimick because most input sources do not even have that high of fps to input.
my fraps was shit too, all I had to do was change it to half-size and recording went from 10fps to 90-120 average
