Extremely cheap for what you get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157172&cm_re=lga_1156_atx-_-13-157-172-_-Product It supports SLI and has got a PCI-E x1 and 3 PCI-E x16/x8/x4. It will fill it's purpose.
That is a fantastic board, but I can't say I'd be happy with it, cause of it's looks, I can't stand it when a build looks like a carnival, I'm trying to do a Black and Red set up.
 Does it really matter so much to you? It's just gonna be sitting inside your computer? Do you want to pay 200$ for bragging rights?
I have the very same setup a 950 with the Formula III its pretty freaking sweet ! Tons of addons to OC and play around

You may of course do as you want, but really, you came here for help with a build, you get it, then take it.
why not just get a formula

Fair enough.
if you have the money, get the WD Velociraptor instead of your F3. It's 10,000rpm
if you have the money, get the WD Velociraptor instead of your F3. It's 10,000rpm
It's not all about RPM. He's getting an SSD either way, so the thing he needs is the Spinpoint's storage space.
