they do not research that shit
apparently you don't either, because either is acceptable.
Did have a Saitek Cyborg, but that got fucked, so I bought one of these: [img_thumb]http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u101/JOVH/SDC10649.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u101/JOVH/DSCF0458.jpg[/img_thumb]
i got one of those too. amazing, though i miss the buttons on the right side of the mouse that was on my intellimouse.
hush puppy
Got it for $20 Damn love it
G7 Represent! I love it, but it randomly looses connection on me :frown:. [sp]Yes, the photoshopped logo is intentional[/sp]
i have a sidewinder X5. bought it for $80 (foolishly). seen em at computer shops for around 40 bucks. very comfortable for palm grip, whether you use your middle finger for scroll wheel and ring finger for RMB, or if you use your middle finger for both. vertical mouse buttons on the side are much more comfortable than horizontal ones. 400-2000 DPI is nice. withstands nerdrage, had it for two years. withstood a couple of fist-bangs and a wall through. middle button is a bit broke, but it works :D also has shiney rice-lights :D
MX 518 end thread [img_thumb]http://www.frageek.com/files/images/logicool%20mx518.preview.jpg[/img_thumb] Now with less silver dents
Logicool? I loved this mouse. Worked fine for 5 years, but now its fucked up... I need another one!
Currently I am using [img_thumb]http://lh4.ggpht.com/_bT7iCxS33e0/ScY7_G-Z9qI/AAAAAAAAAps/1yEnsUPIJ_4/s400/mouse%20ikari%20optical.jpg[/img_thumb] it feels really nice.
I have that, it's great! Does have some problems though, such as sometimes I end up hitting one of those little buttons on the side that make the browser go back one page. Very frustrating when playing flash games or watching a video. Dust can also build up under the buttons, causing it to double-click when you single-click.
Nice mouse, without all the bullshit attached. :v:
Mx518 ftw
Logitech MX518 I love it, but the goddamn rubber coating is starting to peel of at some places :argh:
Then get a righty version to complement your lefty version. [editline]19th December 2010[/editline] Way to not read the context. You mentioned a $20* generic mouse, he said he could get an MX518 for $18*. 20 > 18. He's getting a gaming mouse for cheaper. * Please substitute all dollar signs for GBP signs, as I do not have an easy keystroke for those.
he missed my point though I don't care about that discount mouse that's a one-off and it's not dollar it's pounds that I was talking about
wow way to miss the point there, skippy you would feel no difference in precision between "xxxl33tzor turbo mouse" and a supermarket mouse
except you would, and many people have if you care to pop your bubble of ignorance for a minute you might find out that mice have different inside for tracking, and that some hardware is better than others at this http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=1265679 you might as well be saying there's no difference between different mechanical keyboard switches
Logitech LS1, laser mouse.
I ordered Logitech G9x from Amazon a week ago to replace my old G9, I'm expecting it in few weeks. :unsmith: [editline]20th December 2010[/editline] I got it for £41.86.
These are junk, they break after a quite short amount of time. Very surprised over that yours still work.
Has fallen from about 1metres many times and still works. Only thing that doesn't want to work is DPI button.
they do not research that shit
they obviously proofread it...
The diamondback is a horribly uncomfortable mouse, would not recommend it. Not even if you claw grip.
I've been used to it for about 5 years now give or take -seems comfy enough to me
I would love a mouse like yours but after looking i can't find a place that has one in stock. Also, looking for it in green.
Got their own store http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/DisplayHomePage http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_GB/DisplayHomePage
I've been used to it for about 5 years now give or take -seems comfy enough to me Got their own store http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/DisplayHomePage http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_GB/DisplayHomePage
that's how I felt during my short stint with the g9x. It wasn't until I went back to a "normal" mouse that I realized what I was missing out on. my diamondback always felt cheap but I can't complain because it has amazing resale value. I sold my 4 year old beaten up dback for $22 + shipping
i have a sidewinder X5. I kind of regret buying it. It's nice and all, but I paid quite a bit for it. I use it on the highest sensitivity and now every other mouse I use feels really slow and awkward. edit: it's a razer deathadder edit2: it's a good mouse, but I paid a lot for it
razer lachesis, got it for 30bux and it is the best mouse I've ever used. 100x better than the mx518 + g5 I've used.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure its mice. A millionaire company wouldn't misuse it. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice I have this: [img_thumb]http://www.logitech.com/assets/31255/4/wireless-gaming-mouse-g700.png[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://www.logitech.com/assets/31255/wireless-gaming-mouse-g700.png[/img_thumb] Got it 2 weeks and let me say, it is pretty damn comfortable. It's also nice to play FPSs with. 5700 DPI by the way. [editline]20th December 2010[/editline] fuck, broke my automerge.
i too am part of the g700 master race
This is what I use.
Using an Mx518 right now. [Img_thumb]http://www.sharkyextreme.com/img/2005/09/log_mouse/mx518_mouse_2.jpg[/Img_thumb] But since it's on it's way out I've ordered myself a G500. [img_thumb]http://dl.maximumpc.com/galleries/g500/g500_01_full.jpg[/img_thumb]
G500 is more or less an upgraded MX518/G5, so unless for price reasons you should choose the G500. But then again, I got mine for only 10 bucks more than the MX.
G500 is more or less an upgraded MX518/G5, so unless for price reasons you should choose the G500. But then again, I got mine for only 10 bucks more than the MX.
Yeah I just ordered the mx 518 because I didn't have enough money for anything higher.
Anyone have the Razer Mamba? I might use it as a secondary mouse.
Got a Logitech G500 for Christmas. Can't wait to use it. Anyone else have it?

Over 1800 DPI is beyond useless and just causes acceleration problems.
