Well they all have their strengths and weaknesses, but I'd say the Xoom
It's bulky, heavy, not even IPS, not a full USB port like some tablets...
I dunno, the Thrive seems very bad.
I'd agree with the Xoom being a bad purchase for it's original price, but it has recently gone down to about £300 in England, at least £100 cheaper than the majority of the other Honeycomb devices. Excellent buy for that price IMO.

Transformer is around £330 or so, the dock adds the rest of the cost.
I got a 10% discount due to my mum working at a school, so the price may be a bit off.

When I went to get one in September, it was £370 special offer from Best Buy without the dock, and the other electronics stores seemed to match. It probably has or will go down since the announcement of the TF Prime.
TF is a solid tablet, but I was let down by the build quality. If I had the money and knew that I was going to get one of good quality (had to return mine twice, severe light bleed and dead pixels, dust under screen etc) I'd have definitely got the TF over the Xoom because of the dock and the IPS screen.
yeah my Xoom has a stuck pixel but I also got it refurbished so how much do I value one pixel out of 1024000 and aside from the TN screen I love it, it's got a real good build quality. Shame the TF had such poor QC.
Since the TF was a massive hit let's hope Asus invested in some better machines and QC for the Prime
I was quite lucky with my TF, I have to say. No stuck pixels, a tiny bit too much give on the back plating though. It's QC is definitely lacking.
I was at the Sony store with my friend the other day, getting his laptop RAM replaced, and their Tablet S is something sweet. Good piece of kit if anyone's looking for something a little unorthodox.

Yeah, it's a pretty sweet device, but they should have waited and put a Kal-El processor on it to compete with the newer tablets.
If I didn't have a working netbook right now I'd definitely get a Prime.
