The ban was a misunderstanding, it's been resolved. I saw the RC thread.
How was it designed to crash certain browsers? What thread are you talking about? ban is very intriguing.
I went to a server not too long ago where 9 out of 13 people were using a cracked steam.
Standalone games and cracked steam are two different stories.
These steam crackers can ddos VAC with some program and when theres enough they can crash it and download any game or play on protected servers. I wonder why Valve hasnt shut them down already.
Hahaha your kidding right. I hope you are or my hope in humanity just took one big fall. Also steam patches ranging like pacsteam and standalone games are readily available and are easy to use. The only thing valve has on them are the secure servers, though in my experience no-steam servers have a much better community and are overall much more enjoyable.

There's only a certain amount of games you can download through a browser, like using steam:// blahhblahblah they were all in the gift thread, and they're free. I'm wondering if you can download the GCF's of other games through this.
