I have a Corsair 500R for my 8320 rig. It comes in black and also in white, which is nice. FX chips aren't really as terrible as some folks would have you think either, but I do reckon the price gap between the 8320 and the 8350 is too big.
Why would you grab a R3 instead of a R4?
In the R4 you'd be able to place a 240mm rad in front. And you have 2 2½" mounting places for SSD/HDD on the back of the motherboard. If you choose to place a rad in front of the case, you will then be able to move the lower HDD cage, which has 3 3½" slots.
Yeah the R4 is what you should be going for not the R3 I mentioned sorry.
I have the Coolermaster CM690, It will suit your needs in space. My ring Is about the same as your's AMD-FX 8350 'with Sapphire 7950 oc 3gb and 8gb of G.skill, and they all fit in nicely. There is a lot of room for a big cooler.

Also the 8350 is not bad, Most games don't need a i7 or i5 as the Intel fan-boys like to trick people in to thinking, the benefit they don't understand is most people are on a budget in most case's. And the 8350 is a Massive bargain for money, Cheaper then both the i5 and i7 and equal or better performance.

More fans doesn't necessarily equal good cooling. We just got a shipment of components for our new renderfarm in at work, and the cases are Fractal Design Define Minis, the little cousins to the R4. They've only got 2 fans stock and cool perfectly well while under near constant 100% CPU load.
There comes a point where more airflow is useless. The actual direction and balance of the airflow is far more important.
