GUI Miner always reports my Mh/s to be around 360, but Bitcoinpool is always fluctuating wildly and has at one time displayed it as over 850, although a lot of the time it's usually around the 400-450 mark. Why are the two readings different?
I personally wait until 0.2 to withdraw, but only because you can only withdraw 2 times a day on Bitclockers. Also, after spending 0.88 on random shit, I'm back up to 0.47BTC
Did you buy more things worth 1 cent?
Did you buy more things worth 1 cent?
if i could rate you dumb more than once i'd just have a field day i actually don't have an intellectual response to your post. that's how dumb it is.
When I am mining my GTX 580 temps go up to 88C. If I were to leave this on overnight when I woke up would my card we a pile of ash, or is this ok?

If it's fine for that then you should be fine.

Has anyone here actually sold BTC for USD? And what's the smallest unit you can sell?
Speaking of things, I've got a few humble keys and frozenbyte keys that i've got nothing to do with anyways, might aswell sell em
.01 is the smallest sellable amount on Mt Gox
i decided to say fuck it and signed up for a dwolla account to add funds so i can actually trade on the market, all i'm waiting for now is the confirmation someone posted up a software bridge in a charts program called sierracharts to broadcast mtgox market data. i've set it all up and i'm ready and waiting

Started mining on Eligius, made 48 shares so far. Hovering around 160Mhash's. ATI 6850. Should it be higher...?

[editline]15th June 2011[/editline] Some people report getting up to 240 with a 6850, try setting the flags -v -w 128
Yeah I've set up a dwolla account too. Takes forever as fuck though, still waiting on them to send my verification to my bank so I can actually add funds... and once I add funds thats going to take another few days...

I seemed to have run into an issue... I want to try out Mt Gox, so sent over 0.27 bitcoins. I then tried to sign up for a Dwolla account. Looks like it's US only, what can I use in Canada?
That looks complicated and expensive.
When I am mining my GTX 580 temps go up to 88C. If I were to leave this on overnight when I woke up would my card we a pile of ash, or is this ok?
I've been running my GTX 580 for the past couple days mining, almost nonstop. I set my fanspeed to 80% and the temps sit at around 60 and make their way up to 70 over time. [editline]14th June 2011[/editline] I need to find a new mining pool, BitClockers is slowing down and my 580 isn't doing enough work to make it worth it anymore.
just pick a pool and stick with it, they all pay out fairly the same over time.
That looks complicated and expensive.
the program is free for 15 days, and all you really need to focus on are the patterns and watching the price bounce between the bands the graph at the bottom indicates the strength of the market, 80 is a bull market (overbought) 20 is a bear market (oversold)
Would it be difficult to get a FP pool put together? :v:
Would it be difficult to get a FP pool put together? :v:
If we get enough miners so it doesn't take weeks to solve a single block.

And what are the blue and the red lines?
Is liberty reserve USA only, too?
Seems to work with Canada.
not a clue but we'll wait it out and see the red and blue lines are bolinger bands, they represent the range in prices. whenever the price dips below or above the bands, that's usually when you start watching it closely to see a new trend forming

How do I get my one full shiny bitcoin into my paypal?
How do I get my one full shiny bitcoin into my paypal?
Selling it to someone directly seems to be the only way to get it to paypal. It's easy to get it to a bank though
